Combined medication of plant origin, the effect of which is due to the effects of its constituent substances. Extract dymyanki drug containing alkaloid fumarin, has choleretic and antispasmodic effect, normalizes the function of the liver bile excretion, lowers the tone of sphincter of Oddi facilitates the flow of bile into the intestine. The extract of the fruits of thistle contains silymarin (a mixture of isomers - silibinin, silihristin, silidianin), providing hepatoprotective action: binds free radicals and toxic substances in the liver, has antioxidant, membrane stabilizing and tsitoprotektornym action, stimulates protein synthesis, promotes regeneration of hepatocytes.
